This pub was bought by the community and fully refurbished in 2018. Set in the very attractive village of Winterbourne Bassett, which is a just off the A4361 north of Avebury, the pub has several rooms served by a central bar. The pub has a large pleasant garden as well as a car park. The conservatory features a small cafe and informal seating, open from 11am. The pub acts as a meeting place for several local clubs and is accessible from the Ridgeway path which is about 1 mile.
